We love to celebrate our students’ achievements at eStem Downtown K6! We are thrilled to share that our 5th and 6th grade students participated in the 10th Annual B.B. King Day Blues Symposium Art Contest. This event showcased the incredible talent of our young artists and encouraged creativity and self-expression. A huge shout out goes to our amazing art teacher, Ms. Dawn Whitfield for providing this wonderful opportunity for our students. The objective was to pay homage to the King of Blues through the visual arts. It is with pride and delight to offer this year’s winners!
1st Place - Kennedy McClain, 2nd Place - Kamani Hillard, 3rd Place - KaLonie Billings
Their artwork plus the Honorable Mentions are featured on the 3rd floor. Thank you students for your beautiful display and your hard work and dedication to art!
