Ms. McCrea's AP Lang class explored persuasion through a creative villain-themed activity! After analyzing a villain’s motivations and traits, they wrote a speech arguing why their character should no longer be considered a villain, using ethos, pathos, and logos. For extra credit, students created villain sock puppets to present their speeches!
We hope everyone enjoyed a restful Fall Break! Our teachers are spending today in professional learning, and we can't wait to welcome students back TOMORROW, Tuesday, October 13, for the start of the 2nd quarter!

Today is the first day of our Fall Fundraiser! Our fundraising window begins TODAY at 5:00 PM and ends on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Don't worry, there's still time to create a pop-up store! Simply follow the steps listed below:
1. Download the Double Good app
2. Enter our event code RZO SHA in the app
3. Create your Pop-Up Store for your student.
a. Enter your student’s first and last name in the first box. Then, enter your student’s homeroom teacher in the second box.
b. Example: First Name: Elizabeth Bautista; Last Name: Anderson
4. Add your student’s photo to “your store photo” OR save the attached eStem logo image to add it to your store photo.
5. Fundraising goal: enter “$200”
6. Click “Create My Pop-Up Store”
7. Share with your friends and family!
