Mrs. Abernathy and Ms. Heaton’s 5th Grade Mets Campers have been working on designing clothing from recycled items. Students used materials such as trash bags, scraps of fabric, paint, etc. to create a clothing item. They concluded the project with a “Runway Fashion Show” that included one student modeling the clothing and another describing how they created the piece. They did such an awesome job!
