We are kicking off our Staff Spotlight series this year by introducing our School Directors each week!
Meet Melissa Gray, our eStem Junior High Director, who started at eStem in 2012. She is a native of West Helena, AR, and began her post-secondary studies at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. There, she earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education and a Master's of Education in Teaching. Later, she was awarded an Ed.S. degree from Arkansas State University. While at eStem, she has served as a teacher, coach, Dean of Students, Assistant Director, and Director and eStem parent. She recently completed the Master Principal Program through Arkansas Leadership Academy and strives to be a lifelong learner and leader.
Her passion is helping cultivate the minds of young people with the hope that they go on to become excellent members of our community. She has been an influential part of many eStem students’ lives, and we appreciate all she does for our staff, students, and families. Thank you, Mrs. Gray, for all you do!
Do you know of a teacher or staff member who has gone above and beyond for your child and family? We’d love to highlight them here and spotlight their hard work. Send us an email at jessi.forster@estemschools.org to share!
